Hi! This is another installment in my headphone repair series. This tutorial shows how to replace the typical TRS 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) plugs, which are the headphone plugs most headsets use. However, I use a plug that requires NO SOLDERING! This makes repairing them a lot easier. Simply use the screws to secure the wires. In today's quick video I show you how to clean headphone jack on phone as well as how to clean headphone jack Samsung as well as how to clean headphone jack on iPhone and clean aux port easily and quickly. Compressed air available on Amazon here - We all use our phones a lot. And putting them in and out of our pockets over time can cause lint to accumulate and compact inside the aux port...also known as the auxiliary port. Many people refer to this port as the headphone jack. You may notice over time that when you try and insert your 3.5mm aux cable or headphone cable that it will not fully insert into the aux port. Many times this is because lint has compacted inside and is keeping your headphone cable or aux cable or cord from inserted completely. You may also notice that the audio quality is less than ideal or there is no bass in your music. Many times this is because your headphone jack needs to be cleaned or clean. Simply take a wooden toothpick and gently but firmly agitate the inside of the headphone jack for about 20-30 seconds. Loosening up any lint that is inside. After that, simply spray some compressed air for a few seconds. Hopefully you will see lint and or dirt spray out. Re test your headphone cable or aux cord and see if you have better results. #CleanHeadphoneJack #AuxPort #Phone
